1. The first step to a good upholstery cleaning is vacuuming. After we vacuum the furniture, we pretreat any spots or stains. We select the right pretreatment for your particular fabric type, then apply and scrub it into the fabric. We use clean towels and brushes to scrub and break up as much soil as possible.
2. Next, we spray our signature Heaven’s Best Upholstery Cleaning solution – a citrus based cleaner – onto your furniture. This solution breaks down and suspends soil so it can be removed from the fabric.
3. Next, we use our powerful, portable upholstery cleaning machines to extract cleaning solution and soil out of the upholstery. We reapply cleaning solution and continue “sucking” it out until we’ve removed as much soil as possible. Then we do a few “dry passes” to remove additional water and help the furniture dry faster.
4. Finally, we apply our Heaven’s Best Fabric Protector (optional). This forms a protective coating that prevents accidental spills from becoming permanent stains, and it helps prevent soil buildup!
Optional: We also offer deodorization, pet enzyme treatment, and other treatments as needed. When you call for a quote, be sure to mention any specific issues you need addressed.

Our products are non-toxic and safe for kids & pets. Our main cleaning solution is a citrus-based cleaner. We use mild deodorizers, an enzyme-based pretreatment, and water.
A typical upholstery cleaning appointment will take about 45-90 minutes from start to finish. Allow extra time if you need more than 1 or 2 pieces of furniture cleaned. Most upholstery will dry in about 1-2 hours after cleaning!
Most upholstery cleaners will leave your furniture wet for 12+ hours. With our method, your upholstery will dry in about 1-2 hours. Some fabric types will take longer to dry, like microfiber which holds moisture for much longer than other fibers.
Yes! We offer pet enzyme treatment to neutralize any problems areas. We also offer several kinds of deodorizer to attack problem odors.
No worries! Many fabrics that are labeled as “S” type or “dry clean only” can actually be cleaned with our normal, water-based solution. We actually prefer to use this method because it removes dirt & stains more easily. However, some dry clean only fabrics will develop water stains easily.
If the water-based method isn’t safe for your fabric, we can always use our dry solvent cleaning process. We will warn you in advance though: dry cleaning is not very effective for removing existing stains. But dry cleaning will not result in any water staining on your fabric. So it is much safer than a water cleaning.
