1. First we like to do a walk-through with the customer to identify areas of concern, trouble spots or stains, and to get more information about your needs. Then we thoroughly vacuum all of the areas to be cleaned, including vacuuming the edges where your home vacuum may not be able to reach. Many carpet cleaners skip this important step, but we alway vacuum before cleaning to ensure the best results.
2. Next, we mix up a pretreatment with hot water. Our pretreatment breaks down dirt, grease, and soil in your carpet fibers. We may ask to use a faucet to mix up this enzyme. After the pretreatment works for a few minutes, technicians spray our signature, citrus-based cleaning solution. We also include a FREE mild orange deodorizer in our cleaning solution, which leaves your carpets looking and smelling great.
3. Next, we bring in a floor buffer with absorbent pads to scrub the carpets, remove dirt and stains, and pick up the cleaning solutions we sprayed down. So where does the dirt go? It gets picked up by our absorbent pads and taken away from your home! Crew members will swap out the dirty pads for clean ones as they are working.
4. As a final step, we use a carpet rake to stand the carpet fibers up and help them dry faster. This step also helps groom the fibers and remove swirl marks from our cleaning process, so your carpet looks clean and uniform when we are done.
Optional: We also offer deodorization, pet enzyme treatment, fabric protector, and other treatments as needed. When you call for a quote, be sure to mention any specific issues you need addressed.

Most appointments take between 45-90 minutes, including equipment load-in and load-out. We send 2 technicians to most jobs, which helps us stay on schedule. If your appointment requires extra time, we will usually build that into our schedule ahead of time.
Yes! Most carpet will dry in about 1 hour after cleaning. Our low moisture cleaning process uses about 10% as much water as a steam cleaner, which helps carpet dry much faster.
Some environmental factors can affect dry time. If it is especially humid or there is limited airflow in your home, dry times will vary.
If you request pet enzyme treatment, stain proctor, heavy deodorizer, or disinfectant, dry times may be extended.
Yes! We offer pet enzyme treatment to neutralize any problems areas. We also offer several kinds of deodorizer to attack problem odors.
Don’t worry about vacuuming, we’ll do it for you!
For liability reasons we don’t move lamps, vases, and end tables with breakable on them. We ask that the customer have the areas cleared of these items prior to our arrival. We are happy to move some furniture items like sofas from side to side during cleaning though.
